1. Acceptance of terms

By installing or using Flow24 (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Flow24 is operated by Flow24, registered in Norway.

2. Description of service

Flow24 is an inventory management application for Shopify merchants. The App provides inventory tracking, sales analytics, purchase order management, supplier management, and demand forecasting based on your Shopify store data.

3. Account and access

To use Flow24, you must have an active Shopify store and install the App through the Shopify App Store or a direct installation link. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription and billing

Flow24 offers multiple subscription plans. Pricing is displayed within the App and on our website. Recurring charges are billed through Shopify’s billing system. You may cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify store. Refunds are handled in accordance with Shopify’s refund policies.

5. Data and privacy

Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein. We access your Shopify store data solely to provide the services described in these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the App.
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties.
  • Use the App to interfere with other users or Shopify’s services.
  • Exceed reasonable API usage limits that may affect service quality.

7. Intellectual property

Flow24, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of Flow24. You retain ownership of your store data. We claim no ownership over any data you provide through the App.

8. Limitation of liability

Flow24 is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these terms. You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the App. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Norway.
